Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We will ship directly to the mailing address you give us by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We will also give you the tracking number so you can keep tabs on where your order is at any given time.
Do you have customer service?
Yes. Simply contact us by phone or email and we will help you with whatever you need. Visit the contact page.
Do you do embroider other items besides hats?
Yes. We can embroider most clothing apparel. Jackets, shirts, pockets, towels, and more. Just contact us and we'll go over any questions you have about embroidery.
What is the fewest items I can order?
Minimum of 12 pieces per design and color. For example, if you order 2 designs with each on a different color, your minimum order would be 24 pieces.
